If your high school is not open as a result of COVID-19 procedures you can submit unofficial documents to SUNY Erie at admissions@ecc.edu. You will need to submit your official documents once COVID-19 procedures have been lifted.

Students who are admitted with unofficial documents will receive a conditional offer of admission. All offers are considered official until we receive your final official documents.

    How to submit unofficial documentation:
If you are unable to get official copies of documents like your high school or college transcripts, a high school diploma, or high school degree, you can still submit unofficial copies to the admissions office.

Here are the ways you can submit unofficial documentation in order to receive a conditional offer of admission:
    1) Email a copy of any unofficial copies you have. Using a scanner, scan and save a copy of your documents and email them to us at admissions@ecc.edu.

    2) You can also send us a high-resolution photo of these documents to admissions@ecc.edu. You may benefit from using a mobile device with the help of a scanning app (like Microsoft Lens) to enhance document readability.

Please note that you should proofread your documents before you email them to ensure that the content is readable. Unreadable documents will not be accepted as unofficial copies and will delay your admission process.

All documents are processed with 3-5 business days of receipt. Please email us at admissions@ecc.edu or call us at 716-851-1456 to check your status.
