SUNY Erie Community College is partnering with Facebook to
launch the second course in their digital marketing series. The latest offering
in Social Media Marketing runs from September 16 through December 11 completely
Social Media Marketing will introduce students to the practice
of effectively using social media as part of a marketing campaign. Topics
covered include voice and creative tone, building social media campaigns and their
associated content calendars, managing social media budgets and calculating
bids, and utilizing key metrics to optimize campaigns.
The course, which is part of a pilot program designed to
give small business owners, entrepreneurs and non-profits the training needed
to compete in today’s fast-changing global environment, is offered through SUNY
Erie’s Workforce Development department.
